Eric C. Moleski, CFP®, AIF®
Eric Moleski is founder and President of GEN Financial Management, Inc., a fee-only, registered investment advisory firm. For more than 25 years he has provided comprehensive investment management services and financial planning strategies to small-business owners, retirees, business professionals and others. Eric, a Certified Financial Planner, has also earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary professional designation from Fiduciary360, achieving this accreditation through formal training in investment fiduciary responsibility.
As the head of GEN Financial, his primary responsibility is working closely with clients to address their financial concerns and help them achieve their financial goals, as well as regularly reviewing investment selections for their continued suitability. He also collaborates with tax advisors, attorneys, estate planners and other financial professionals to ensure all GEN’s client’s needs are met.
He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, receiving a BS degree in Business Administration, and also earned a diploma in International Business from University College of Wales-Aberystwyth.
Eric has been instrumental in improving the lives of children and youth throughout Minnesota by creating GEN Children’s Charity, planning and hosting a golf tournament biennially. All profits from the golf events are donated to various children- centric charities and to date have benefitted, amongst others, Best Prep, Page Education Foundation, College Possible, Bolder Options, Make a Wish.
Eric lives in Plymouth with his wife Hilary and their Labrador Retrievers. He enjoys spending time on the golf course, hunting and biking.
Aaron A. Lindberg, CFA, CFP®, MBA
Aaron Lindberg is excited to join GEN Financial Management, Inc. and serve as Financial Advisor and Chief Investment Officer to the firm’s clients.
Aaron’s investment career began in 1996 and has touched many facets of the financial world. He led the competitive research and product development effort for a mutual fund manager. For nine years, Aaron published investment research focused on health care companies. He provided a variety of consulting services, including mergers and acquisitions, competitive research, financial modeling and start-up business consulting.
In 2002, Aaron began to work with financial planning clients and fell in love with the opportunity to make a positive, long term difference for individuals, families and small businesses. He is passionate about philanthropy and strives to help clients maximize the value of their resources.
In addition to a wide range of experience in the investment business, Aaron’s education is also focused in this area. Aaron received a BS degree in Finance from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, and received a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of St. Thomas. Aaron is a Certified Financial Planner and a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.
Aaron has been interviewed on CNBC and has been quoted in a variety of publications including the Wall Street Journal, USA Today and the Minneapolis Star Tribune.
Aaron resides in Delano and has been married to his wife, Rochelle, for 21 years. They have four children ranging in age from 14 to 20.

Bryan L. Vancura, CFP®
In addition to helping clients work toward their financial goals and objectives, Bryan handles GEN Financial Management’s trading and rebalancing duties.
Bryan grew up in Lakefield, Minnesota. He graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2010 with a BS in Finance – with an emphasis on personal financial planning and insurance – and minors in Economics and Business Administration.
Bryan received his Certified Financial Planner designation in 2015 and enjoys helping individuals and families navigate their financial planning and investment needs on the path to achieving their goals.
Bryan and his wife, Haley, live in St. Louis Park, and when not in the office, he enjoys spending time with family, playing golf, and finding any other reason he can to be outdoors.
Jerry A. Jensen
Business Development Director
Jerry comes to GEN Financial with a track record of award winning senior level sales, operations, management, and customer relationship building. His experience encompasses startup companies to the Fortune 500.
Jerry was the founder, owner and President of Navis Pack & Ship, an Eagan, Minnesota packing and shipping company. Prior to opening the Navis franchise, his career with Harmon Glass progressed from Sales Representative, Regional Sales Manager, and National Account Manager to Vice President of Sales.
Jerry resides in Minnetonka with his wife, Laura, and dog, Lilly. He has two adult children who live in Chicago and Kansas City. In his free time he enjoys family, friends, golf, cooking, fishing and coaching. Jerry was part of the 2016 Wayzata Junior Gold A Team that won the 2016 USA Hockey High School National Championship, aka Natty Champs.
Jill M. Rausch
Jill provides support to our Financial Advisors and is responsible for maintaining our client’s financial plans. She works directly with clients to obtain the details required to prepare accurate plans and projections.
Jill is also responsible for the firm’s trading and rebalancing duties. Jill is a member of the investment committee and contributes to our investment research process.
Jill grew up in Browerville, Minnesota. She graduated from St. Cloud State University in 2004, with a BS in Finance. She enjoys working in the financial planning profession and has served in a variety of roles over the past 13 years.
Jill also enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading, camping and fishing.
Lisa A. Hemmer
Lisa has been GEN Financial Management’s Office Manager since 2006. She is responsible for providing our clients with outstanding service and keeping our office running smoothly. She is the primary contact for client account maintenance, requests for money transfers, account balance inquiries, and any other client requests.
Lisa completed her associate of science degree as a paralegal in 2008 and is available to help you implement your family’s estate plan. Prior to joining GEN Financial, Lisa was an administrative assistant to the president of a group health plan third-party administrator.
Lisa lives in Independence with her husband, Randy, and their horses, dogs and cats. They have two grown children, Ross and Lydia, and two granddaughters, Claire and Brynn. She enjoys riding, reading, gardening, and spending time with family.
Tracy S. Westhoff
Customer Service Representative
Tracy is GEN Financial Management’s Customer Service Representative. She works closely with the advisors to ensure client accounts are maintained and handled efficiently. Tracy is responsible for scheduling financial advisor meetings, client meeting preparation and client service requests.
Tracy has over 30 years of experience in the financial planning and financial services industry. Prior to joining GEN Financial she was a Client Support Specialist for a small independent financial planning firm.
Tracy and her husband, Brian, live in Shoreview and have two grown children, Lauren and Jack. Tracy’s interests include gardening, sewing, and quilting.
Connie A. Nelson
Connie is GEN Financial Management’s Client Concierge. Her primary role is helping ensure our client’s needs are exceeded. You will meet Connie as she helps coordinate our office calendar and client events. She has worked in the financial industry for five years.
Connie has a BS degree in psychology from the University Wisconsin-River Falls and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Tarleton State University, Texas. Her volunteer experience includes writing job descriptions, organizing events at her church for everything from baptisms to funerals and co-organized a free monthly meal for 100+ people for nine years. She has been on five mission trips organized by YWAM (Youth With A Mission) and Homes of Hope in Ensenada, Mexico helping build homes for families in need. Connie lives in Blaine with her two great kids and pets.
