President
Eric C. Moleski is the Founder and President of GEN Financial Management, Inc., an independent registered investment advisory firm based in Plymouth, Minnesota. For over 25 years, Eric has provided comprehensive investment management and financial planning strategies to small-business owners, retirees, business professionals, and families seeking clear, values-based guidance.
Eric holds the designations of Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®), Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®), and Certified Kingdom Advisor® (CKA®). The CKA® is especially significant to Eric, as it reflects his commitment to integrating technical financial expertise with biblical wisdom—encouraging a stewardship-focused approach to wealth.
A Wisconsin native, Eric was born in Menomonie and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Stout in 1988. He also holds a diploma in International Business from the University College of Wales–Aberystwyth, where he met his wife, Hilary.
Eric is passionate about giving back. He founded GEN Children’s Charity, which hosts a biennial golf tournament supporting Minnesota-based charities focused on improving the lives of children and youth. Past beneficiaries include BestPrep, Page Education Foundation, College Possible, Bolder Options, and the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
In addition to his charitable efforts, Eric currently serves as Treasurer of the Board of Directors for the Astronaut Scholarship Foundation, an organization dedicated to supporting the next generation of leaders in science and technology.
Eric and his wife Hilary enjoy spending time with their grandchildren, Owen and Vivi. When not chasing them around, they love walking their Labradoodle, Rupert. Eric is also an avid golfer, and is passionate about hunting and biking.
Aaron Lindberg, CFA®, CFP®, MBA, CAP®, CKA®
Chief Investment Officer
Aaron Lindberg is one of the Principals of GEN Financial Management. He serves as both our Chief Investment Officer and one of our Financial Advisors. Aaron excels at helping successful families master their finances in this increasingly complex and volatile investment environment.
Aaron’s investment career began in 1996 and has touched many facets of the financial world. For nearly a decade, Aaron published investment research focused on health care companies. He also has provided a variety of consulting services for mergers and acquisitions and start-up businesses. This deep and varied background has been of particular benefit to GEN’s many business-owner clients. In 2002, Aaron began to work with wealth management clients and fell in love with the opportunity to make a positive, long-lasting difference in the lives of clients.
Aaron is a lifelong learner and can regularly be found with a book in his hand. He received his bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Carlson School of Management and finance MBA from the University of St. Thomas. Aaron is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM designee, a Chartered Financial Analyst® charter holder, a Chartered Advisor of Philanthropy and a Certified Kingdom Advisor. The CFA® Charter is the global gold standard for institutional investment management professionals. The advanced analytical skills forged during this program benefit Aaron as he leads the GEN Investment Committee. The CAP® designation is achieved by passing three graduate level courses in philanthropy and enhances our capabilities to guide strategic giving.
Aaron is also very passionate about philanthropy in his personal life. He serves on the board of directors of Safe Care Mission International which provides orphanage and free daycare services in Maneadero, Mexico. He has been involved with other ministry work and missionary opportunities in Mexico for the past 10 years. What started as a one-time family mission trip has evolved into deep roots and life-long relationships in this community.
Aaron resides in Plymouth with Rochelle, his wife of 27 years. They have four adult children with whom they love seeking new adventures. When not in the office, you might find them golfing, SCUBA diving, skydiving, or hiking somewhere off the grid.


Bryan Vancura, CFP®
Financial Advisor
Bryan Vancura is a Principal at GEN Financial Management and serves as a Financial Advisor to the firm’s clients. He specializes in helping families navigate growing financial responsibilities by translating complex financial concepts into practical, actionable strategies that support their long-term goals.
With over a decade of experience in the financial services industry, Bryan holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation. The CFP® curriculum covers everything from investments to tax, insurance, and estate planning. In addition to his client work, Bryan is a member of GEN’s investment committee and plays a key role in overseeing both the firm’s portfolio management and financial planning processes.
Bryan lives in Delano with his wife, Haley, and their two children. Raised on a farm in southwest Minnesota, he learned early the value of hard work—a principle that continues to guide him. His college years, which coincided with the financial crisis of 2008, inspired him to pursue a career focused on helping others build and protect their financial future.
Outside the office, Bryan enjoys spending time with family and friends, chauffeuring his children to their many activities, and relaxing outdoors. A passionate (and occasionally frustrated) golfer, he also enjoys hunting, annual ice fishing trips with close friends, and cheering on Minnesota’s sports teams.
Josh Moklestad, CFP®, CIMA®
Financial ADVISOR
Josh joined GEN Financial Management with a strong background in financial planning and investment strategy. As a Financial Advisor, he is passionate about helping motivated individuals and families simplify complex financial decisions and build confidence in their long-term plans. He holds both the CFP® and CIMA® designations, having completed the CIMA® education program through the Yale School of Management.
In addition to working directly with clients, Josh plays a key role on our Investment Committee and Communications Team and serves as our 401(k) specialist. He is also an active leader within the Financial Planning Association of Minnesota, where he serves on the board as Chair of the Financial Education Committee. In this role, he helps create opportunities for financial planners to share their expertise with students and various non-profit groups.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys staying active—whether playing basketball, biking the area’s many trails, or working on his golf game. He’s a dedicated non-fiction reader, an explorer of local restaurants and distilleries, and values quality time with friends. Josh and his wife, Elizabeth, live in St. Louis Park. Both musicians, they met while performing at local events, open mic nights, and weddings—a shared passion that continues to be a meaningful part of their life. Originally from Iowa, they remain devoted Iowa State University sports fans. Go Cyclones!


Jill Rausch
Financial Planning Analyst
Jill is a Financial Planning Analyst with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Known for her deep care and attention to detail, she enjoys helping clients bring clarity to their financial lives—gathering key information and helping build accurate, thoughtful financial plans. She also plays a key role in training new team members and serves on our Compliance Committee, where she tracks and ensures that our monthly compliance points are met.
Jill thrives on supporting our Financial Advisors behind the scenes, digging into the numbers to uncover what’s possible for each client. Her passion for helping others is the driving force behind her work, and she takes pride in making complex information approachable and actionable.
Originally from Browerville, Minnesota (population: nearly 800), Jill now lives in Clearwater with her daughter, Lydia. She graduated from St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
Outside of work, Jill enjoys traveling, planning family getaways, and spending time in nature—whether it’s camping, fishing, or exploring with her camera in hand. She’s also an avid reader and pianist, and loves cheering on Lydia at softball games and cheer competitions.
Tracy Westhoff
Client Service Associate
Tracy is a Client Service Associate at GEN Financial Management. She works closely with each advisor to ensure client accounts are properly maintained and that client requests are handled efficiently. Tracy is responsible for a variety of client service tasks, including managing service requests, preparing for meetings, and ensuring timely follow-up. She takes pride in developing trusted relationships and being a reliable resource for clients when they call with questions or concerns.
Tracy began her career in investment advisory customer service in 1987 and has worked closely with advisors ever since, helping to maintain high levels of client service, prompt follow-up, and efficient office operations. Her extensive industry experience also makes her a valuable mentor and trainer for new team members. She’s a go-to resource for the wild, “once-in-a-blue-moon” questions that occasionally arise.
Tracy serves as a board member of our charitable organization, GEN Children’s Charity, and leads the planning, coordination, and success of our biennial Golf Open.
She and her husband, Brian, live in Shoreview with their Boston Terrier, Hank. They raised their two grown children, Lauren and Jack, there and now cherish time spent with their granddaughter, Hattie. As a family, they are passionate about raising awareness and funds for childhood cancer research, following the loss of their beloved five-year-old grandson, Freddie, to Burkitt lymphoma in 2024.
Tracy’s hobbies include modern quilting, sewing, and gardening. She is a founding member and past president of the Minneapolis Modern Quilt Guild.


Noah Semmann
Trader & Financial Planning Analyst
Noah supports the GEN Financial team by managing trading and rebalancing responsibilities. He works closely with our Advisors to ensure client accounts are properly invested and aligned with their financial goals. Noah also serves as a Financial Planning Analyst and is an active member of the firm’s Investment Committee.
With a strong passion for numbers and a love of structure, Noah finds fulfillment in a field that plays to his strengths. He values disciplined investment strategies and takes pride in helping ensure client portfolios are carefully managed. As part of the Investment Committee, he approaches every decision with a focus on research, testing, and always keeping clients’ best interests at heart.
Originally from just north of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Noah served four years in the United States Marine Corps, achieving the rank of Sergeant. It was during this time that he discovered his passion for personal finance—mentoring others to make smart decisions and build lasting financial habits. After his service, he went on to study at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee.
Noah now lives in Richfield with his wife, Hannah. On weekends, you’ll likely find him staying active with golf, pickleball, or soccer—or slowing things down with a visit to a local brewery or a board game night with friends. He’s also been expanding his culinary skills lately, often whipping up weekend brunches or experimenting with new dinner recipes throughout the week.
Lindsey King
CLIENT Concierge
Lindsey is GEN Financial Management’s Client Concierge. She manages our advisors’ calendars and directs incoming client requests to the appropriate team members. Lindsey also assists with charitable donations and gift matching, client appreciation events, and many other essential projects. She is an active member of GEN’s Wellness & Charitable Committee, where she encourages the team to prioritize both mental and physical well-being.
Lindsey grew up in Maple Grove, Minnesota, where she still resides with her two cats, Koda and Gizmo. She earned her Associate of Arts degree from North Hennepin Community College and later graduated from Hi-Tech Institute with a degree in X-ray Technology.
With a strong passion for animals, Lindsey enjoys volunteering at local rescues in her free time. She also has a creative side and finds joy in restoring and repurposing old furniture. Known for her compassion and willingness to go the extra mile, Lindsey thrives in her role at GEN Financial, where she’s able to showcase her strengths while continuing to expand her knowledge of financial management.


Serena Grunenwald
Client service associate
Serena is a Client Service Associate at GEN Financial Management. She looks forward to building relationships with clients and offering solutions to account maintenance requests.
Through her time at the University of Minnesota Duluth, while pursuing her degree in education, Serena found her passion for serving others. While her focus has turned from education, this passion continues to drive her within her chosen career field of finance. Serena joined our team at the start of 2024 and is excited to grow with our company.
Serena is on our Communications, Compliance, and Wellness Committees where she is able to bring valuable ideas, and execute new processes and procedures to help maintain a reliable workflow for both our clients and staff. The Wellness Committee focuses on our staff’s team building, health goals, and volunteering opportunities.
When you ask Serena what she has been up to, you will be enlightened with the latest house project that her and her husband have started on their 1930’s bungalow. You might also hear about her daughter Emilia’s latest milestone, or her dog Saylor and his latest antics. In the summer months, you will find her at the Golden Valley farmers market listening to live music, and shopping for fresh produce.
Claire Henry
Office manager & CLIENT service associate
Claire is GEN Financial Management’s Office Manager and one of our Client Service Associates. In her client-facing role, she manages requests, addresses concerns, and ensures effective follow-up after meetings. She is eager to eliminate stress for clients as they navigate the complexities of their finances. Behind the scenes, she supports the team by handling a wide range of HR, bookkeeping, and administrative responsibilities that help keep the office running smoothly.
Claire is also a member of GEN’s Communication Team, where she assists with all client communications. Her responsibilities include formatting the quarterly newsletter, updating the website, creating templates, and more.
Originally from Edina, Minnesota, Claire attended Winona State University, earning a degree in Communications and Marketing. Before joining the GEN team, she spent several years supporting students and families through Community Education in St. Louis Park.
Outside of work, Claire enjoys crafting, catching up on reality TV, and taking walks with her Treeing Walker Coonhound, Bogey. She also loves spending weekends with friends and family.
